SONOBOTICS LIMITED (SONOBOTICS LTD) respects your privacy. This privacy policy provides you with information on how we collect, use, process, share, and store your personal data when you visit our website and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

·      Contact Data includes email address and telephone numbers.

·      Profile Data includes your username and password, purchases or orders made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses. 

·      Usage Data includes information about how you use our website, products and services. 

·      Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.

We also collect, store, use and share Aggregated Data. This may include statistical or demographic data that allows us to study the number of users accessing features on our website or application.

We do not collect any Sensitive Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

You will receive marketing communications whenever you opted in to our marketing communications, requested information from us, or purchased goods or services.

5.            Whom do we disclose your personal data with?

We may share your personal data with the parties set out below for the purposes set out in the table above.

●      Merchants (business partners) we work with. This will only include basic information, such as your name, email address, and analytics.

●      Third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or our assets. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. If a change happens to our business and this will affect your personal data, we will inform you accordingly on our website and by contacting you through your provided email address. 

●      For security and legal compliance, we may disclose your personal data if it is:

• Requested as part of a judicial, governmental or legal order, proceeding, inquiry or investigation; 

• Required as part of a legally valid request, including a warrant;

We do not transfer your personal data outside the UK.

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so. However, we cannot fully guarantee that any information provided to us in connection with the data we collect will be free from unauthorised access by third parties, as no security system is 100% secure.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data. However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive. We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. If we should take longer than this, we will notify you and keep you updated.

10.        Do we change our Privacy Policy?

We may change this Privacy Policy at any time to comply with new laws and regulations or upon expanding our services and features. In that case, the ‘last updated’ date at the bottom of this page will also change. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will apply to you and your data immediately
